The villa has been designed reinterpreting the local building traditions. Some architectural elements as the courtyard, the external stair or the musharabya, have been revisited in a modern way but keeping their ancient functionality. All the house is developed around a central courtyard gaining light, life and atmosphere; the central tree, the arcades and the umbrellas, create a game of shadows during daytime making this courtyard the heart of the all house.
